Deleting Notes in an Assessment

1. To delete a note that was added to an assessment, choose Child Administration > Search Child.

       When the Child–Search and Manage page opens, use the Search features to locate the child record. Click

2. When the Assessments page opens, click the date to open the assessment.

 

3. Click Item Details and select the domain or subdomain that includes the note. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click

4. When the Edit page opens, locate the item that includes the note you want to delete and click

_img150. Highlight and delete the contents of the Note text box and click

_img152 to update the child record.

 

Deleting a Head Start Note

1. To delete a Head Start note in a child record, choose Child Administration > Search Child.

       When the Child–Search and Manage page opens, use the Search features to locate the record. Click

2. When the Notes page opens, locate the note you want to delete and click
