Editing Notes in an Assessment 1. To edit a note that was added to an assessment, choose Child Administration > Search Child. When the Child–Search and Manage page opens, use the Search features to locate the child record. Click .
2. When the Assessments page opens, click the date to open the assessment.
3. Click Item Details and select the domain or subdomain that includes the note you want to edit. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click .
4. When the Edit page opens, locate the item that includes the note you want to edit and click . Make the changes in the Note text box and click to update the note. Click to update the record.
Editing a Head Start Note 1. To edit a Head Start note in a child record, choose Child Administration > Search Child. When the Child–Search and Manage page opens, use the Search features to locate the child record. Click .
2. When the Notes page opens, click the date to open the note.
3. Select the domain from the list and type the changes in the text box. To change the name of the examiner, type a different name in the Examiner text box or click and select the examiner’s name from the list. To search for an examiner’s name in the list, enter First Name, Last Name, and/or Site Name information and click . Click the radio button to select the examiner’s name and then click to insert it in the Examiner text box. To enter a different date, click and select the date from the pop-up calendar.
4. Click to update the note.
